What are the hours of operation?

Friday, September 3rd 6:30PM – 11:30PM

Saturday, September 4th 11:00AM – 11:30PM

Sunday, September 5th 12:00PM – 7:00PM

Are pets allowed?

For the safety of all attendees animals of any kind are not allowed including; Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not allowed. Service animals that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are allowed.

What items are allowed inside the Celebration?

Lawn Chairs
Sun Screen
Bug Spray
Baby Formula
Small and parasol type umbrellas
Small Wagons

Use discretion with what you choose to bring into the celebration. Please keep in mind you are subject to search by a police officer or a member of the @KCMarketDays Staff at the gate.

What items are prohibited?

Animals of any kind (excluding trained service animals)
Any outside food or drink items, including alcohol and water
Open or empty containers
Drugs or drug paraphernalia
Knives or weapons of any kind
Fireworks of any kind
Canopies or tents

All bags, purses, handbags etc are subject to search by a police officer or member of the @KCMarketDays staff at the gate. We discourage attendees from bringing any type of bag, but if you do, it will be searched. Police officers are on the celebration grounds 24/7.

NOTE: On-site promotions are reserved for official event partners. No papering, leafleting or material distribution of ANY kind is allowed inside and/or around the celebration area.

What is the water policy?

A water drum and cups for small glasses of water will be provided. Open or empty containers, any outside drink items, including alcohol and water are prohibited. Please do not bring these items into the celebration.

How much is parking?

Because we will not have control of parking at this time, each parking garage will have their own rate. We encourage you to use one of the ride share programs with the drop off and pickup at 12th and McGee. Or, take the free Streetcar or Bus to the celebrtion. Bike racks will be available near the 12th and McGee entrance.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?

Yes, we accept cash and all major credit cards.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No. You will receive a link to your ticket via text message at the number you provided. When you arrive at the celebration the barcode in this link will be scanned and validated to grant you admission to the event. You may also print out your tickets at your discretion.
